Jared represents clients in commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death cases, criminal defense and immigration matters. He represents a wide range of clients from major developers, general contractors, manufacturers, and technology companies to small companies and individuals. He offers legal services in Salt Lake City, Denver, and throughout the country, having represented clients in litigation and trials in several jurisdictions, including Colorado, Texas, Indiana, Florida, Montana, Oklahoma, and New Hampshire.
Throughout his legal career, Jared has prosecuted and defended claims worth millions of dollars for his clients. Of note, Jared represented a large general contractor in a declaratory judgment and bad faith action against primary and umbrella insurance carriers related to coverage for construction defect claims in excess of $40 million. Jared has also successfully defended major developers and contractors in cases involving multi-million dollar construction defect disputes.
Jared is licensed to practice in Colorado and Utah. He is a fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also been listed as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers magazine.
